It’s so great that yet another person close to the pope died in a situation that casts doubt on their eternal salvation.

“Police are investigating a case of neglect and have interviewed family members, her ex-husband from whom she was separated, and most recent boyfriend, thought to be a policeman in the Vatican, according to Rome-based newspaper il Messaggero.”

If only someone near her had the spiritual gravitas to convince her not to be in an adulterous relationship.

I don’t know, like maybe a priest or a spiritual director or some sort of cleric or something.
